We have lots of flies around here! I guess from all the dirt and trash just lying around... in the streets, not our apartment :o) So, one day, a friend of ours had this electric fly swatter and gave it to Alex. Yes... I would agree... giving anything openly electric to a six year old is probably not a good idea. However, when the six year old's father wants to act like a big kid and get in on the act of actually trying to kill the fly with a super~charged tennis racket... it makes for an interesting evening on my part :o) I just popped a bag of popcorn and let the entertainment begin!!

I caught the frustration on Franklin's face...
apparently the fly is getting the upper hand on him!!
We told Alex to be really careful;
but he wanted to get in on the action!

I don't understand... must be a guy thing!!
You can't see it;
but all that's left of the fly is an eyeball...
it obliterated the thing!
Alex thought it was very cool!!
